Over 10 years ago, my "never quit" mentality lead me to putting so much load & stress into my body, on top of old injuries and poor training habits, which left me waking up crippled and in pain everyday, shoulders, hips, back... I had it all. It was the darkest point of my life. I could barely sleep, everyday activities became a battle and life generally sucked. For a bit I even learned to live with the pain, becoming somewhat numb to it. After a couple of dark years, I found the light after dislocating my shoulder and wound up completely lost. I spent 18 months un-learning old habits and re-learning new ways to move and use muscles that I never knew I could.

This became the most significant turning point for my confidence, strength and happiness. And I knew others would benefit from it to so I spent a decade travelling around the world, learning from experts of all sorts about the body constantly searching for the missing pieces of my puzzle.
